How to Align Your Mind, Body & Spirit

Today you’ll learn how to align your mind, body & spirit so you can have a more intentional year no matter what trials, circumstances or opportunities you encounter this year.

When your mind, body & spirit are all in sync you access your truest self, highest self, best self or whatever you’d like to call it. Giving each area your attention helps you perform at your highest level. The way you were designed to.

So today I’d really love to help you get started in aligning all three so that you can say to yourself, “Oh, there you are.”

You’ll start feeling more whole, more unified, more connected with yourself so you can have a more intentional year!


How To Have An Intentional Year

The first step in having a more intentional year is by making sure you have your very own definition of “intentional.” What does having an intentional year, mean to you?

Why is it important to align your mind, body & spirit?

Because when your mind, body & spirit are all insync there is less:

  • Less self criticism & judgement (inner critic quiets)

  • Less Discouragement

  • Less doubt & fear

  • Less distractions! 

  • Less limitations

Those things seem to melt away so you can live the way you were designed to. To create more, feel more, learn more

When your mind, body & spirit are all insync there is more:

  • Calm, clear headed trust, self trust

  • Self reliance, creative reliance -> action

  • Freedom, possibility

  • Love & encouragement


How do you get your mind, body & spirit aligned with each other?

It’s all about giving each one attention.

Simplest way is to use a tool that you always have with you...your breath. 

  • Your breath connects all three together. 

  • Next time you feel out of sync, start with your breath. It’s there to help you reconnect with whatever you’ve been ignoring. You can do this today! 

The “How” is very personal. It’s all about asking yourself really great questions. 

It’s up to you. Making sure your lifestyle & daily routine include time for all three.

Remind yourself your intention first thing in the morning
